"Before the pandemic hit Sweden, I usually switched between performing from home, at clients’ offices, or from cafés. If it’s typeface design I usually sit reception with the iMac. If I’m performing on UI/UX projects for clients, I usually attend their office. That way, I got an honest mixture of everything. When the pandemic hit, I switched to performing from home full time. Before, I had this tiny workspace during a dark hallway. Ergonomics & lighting were pretty bad - but since I didn’t sit there full time it wasn’t a drag. But a month into the pandemic I made a decision to form some changes. I bought a standing desk, moved it into our bedroom where there's great natural light, and now I feel it’s pretty great, both ergonomically and creatively."

"Here’s where most of my work gets done. I have been performing from home for about 7 years and nowadays I mostly use my PC (under the desk). The laptop is there just in case of emergency but it served me well for an honest few years before I switched to PC so I feel it deserves some rest.

Working from home has its challenges sometimes. awakening early within the morning during a different timezone, postponing stuff until the previous day, and so on. But the perks of setting my very own schedule, not having to affect the annoying morning alarm, and just general comfort are well well worth the cons."

"I sleep in Paris and my office is really my studio. I even have my desk/table ahead of an enormous window so I can get some natural light. On my desk, I even have my printer and scanner to at least one side, and everyone my papers and writing and painting supplies on the opposite side, alongside my laptop. Next to my desk, within the corner, I even have my turntable and record collection, which I hear all the time while working.

In case anyone out there needs a tip on the way to maximize space, I put a canopy over my table so I can use its underside for extra storage. unsure if it's great, but it's better than having all my luggage and bags on display (plus it protects the table from paint splatters!). Most of my fonts were made during this cozy area."

We use a smaller table found out within the front room for our meals. I even have my computer and art supplies and printers all near me so I can access them whenever I want. My cat thinks my Canon printer is his bed."

"This is my headquarters setup, with an easy and minimalistic desk. additionally, to the gorgeous garden view from here, I placed plants around the room as decoration.

This is where many of my font products are created by me and my team members, including my friend and my wife. My workspace is where we discuss and explore new skills. Sometimes within the afternoon, we move to the yard where we relax and luxuriate in some coffee."

"Here is my minimalistic studio located in Rome. It’s an easy yet super functional setup! I keep all things minimal, from personal experience the environment features a big impact on creativity and productivity. lately, it’s very easy to urge distracted so I do my best to stay in my studio as simple as possible. I’m performing on a 27" iMac, and that I love how precise the color tones are on this screen. I actually enjoy drawing and creating handmade products like my Delicate Logos collection. For this type of design, I exploit a 12" iPad Pro first gen + Procreate app. I even have some sketchbooks that I exploit for logo designs, hand lettering projects, and brainstorming."
